If only one earbud is working, try the following steps:

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. 
2. Remove them after a few seconds and try reconnecting. 
3. If the issue persists, reset the earbuds (see below).

In case your earbuds encounter pairing issues or if only one earbud is functioning, you can easily perform a reset. Clear all Bluetooth data named "ACwO DwOTS 121" from your device and disable Bluetooth. Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process once more.
